VOLCANO RAMEN
A new style of ramen with thick noodles and vegetables, served in 350 degrees Celsius hot stone bowl. We complete the dish in front of the customer by pouring hot soup over ramen. The steam from the simmering soup rising from the conical lid resembles a volcanic eruption! “Okoge” that forms when the ingredients are cooked in the hot stone pot makes a fragrant aroma and good texture too. Starting with the success of this unprecedented style of ramen in Singapore and Thailand, we aim to expand it all over the world.
