Choose your ramen base

Start by choosing your ramen base. From the classic Tonkotsu Ramen, to our customer favourite Beef Sukiyaki Kazan, or the Kazan Kaisen-Shio for seafood lovers, there’s surely something for everyone.

Need a little something extra? Make it a set meal by pairing your ramen with a side dish of your choice!

Watch the volcano erupt!

Your ramen will be served to you in a 400 degree Celsius hot stone bowl. Broth will be poured into the bowl and covered with the familiar red funnel top to cook the ingredients. This is time to whip out our phone to capture the iconic volcanic eruption while the ingredients cook!

Our tonkotsu broth, made with rich pork bones, is thick, flavourful but not overly oily. The generous portion of vegetables also adds a right sweetness to the broth to balance out the flavours.

Make zousui to end your meal

Done with your ramen? Wait, there’s more!

You will be served a bowl of rice, which you can add to the remaining broth to make zousui (porridge). This hearty meal is certified food coma – so come prepared to enjoy the volcano ramen!
